raster bead ada signs

Raster Bead Braille Signs.  A Leading Choice of Architects.

In this case small beads are automatically drilled and inserted into acrylic, sintra or metal. The Raster® Bead Method has quickly become the preferred process in new construction for producing ADA Compliant Signs with Braille. Fabrication is fast and easy, and the perfectly rounded Braille dots have a clean uniform appearance. Raster® Braille can be used in almost any material, allowing greater flexibility in choice of material substrates as well as design options.

The base plate accepts any design, normally digitally printed on the back of the sign and usually then covered with white ink of white vinyl.  An added convenience is that Graphic Impact never charges a minimum price and there is no required minimum quantity purchase.
