How Do I Find You?
We are located at 5440 East Speedway on the South side of the street and just West of Craycroft. There is a Whataburger just to the West of us.

What Are Your Normal Business Hours?
Our normal production and business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:00pm. But you'll often see people working around the clock to meet tight deadlines.
How Long Have You Been in Business?
We have been in business for over thirty years. We were founded in 1989. Currently there is only one local location. Graphic Impact is a registered trademark. And it seems like we are always trying to protect our name.
Do You Have Local Management?
That's for sure! We are a Tucson, locally founded family business. Although the founder of our company, Howard W. Volin has a very broad, executive, marketing background. He wanted to be sure to put employees, customers and the latest technology first.
What Is Your Normal Delivery Time?
Our goal for standard delivery is 1-2 business days. We know how important fast delivery is these days. We make it a point to have ample stock of raw materials in stock. Sometimes delays cannot be avoided, but we will work with you to make sure that these delays will be kept to a minimum.
Where Can I See Examples Of Your Work?
We have a showroom where we would be happy to show you examples. Even more important, as Southern Arizona's largest in-house manufacturer, you will see examples all over town from the smallest name tags to the largest building and monument signs. Just ask!
Do You Save My File After I Place An Order?
Yes, usually for at least two years and normally by order number. It never hurts to tell us that you'll be reordering and, if you'd like, we would be happy to give you a reminder call. Just ask! Supply us with the highest resolution possible. You may order a name tag today but a banner in the future and you want the artwork to be ready.

How Large Of A File Can I Download To You?
The size of the file is almost limitless. But be patient, the larger your file, the longer it will take. To a large extent it will depend on your connection speed.

Vinyl banners, mesh banners, and fabric banners. There is no size restriction. Graphic Impact has produced banners has large as 15 feet by 200 feet.
