Digital Fusion (DTF) Printing is a process that thermally transfers prints onto fabrics, plastics, acrylic, and more.  Prints are made available to you ready-made on various substrates (products) or as decals that you can transfer yourself.

To set up your design online, CLICK CUSTOMIZE. Select the size of the layout you intend to use for this project. These vary from 24×12 inches to 24×48 inches. You can add any logos or artwork to the design(s). You can then calculate, from the chart below, your approximate cost.  Please note that for any order under $50.00, there is a $25.00 setup fee.  Then complete your project. Share your project with family and friends, save it until later, or send it to us using this REQUEST FORM.  We will review your project and send a quotation.  Our process for completing your project is second to none.

You’ll find a variety of clipart, images such as butterflies, and much more that can easily be added together with 800 different fonts.

Advantages of DTF (Direct to Film Decals)

  • There are no minimums!
  • Excellent color reproducibility, including gradients.
  • The carrier film is clear, making them easy to position
  • Suitable for small wording printing and  highly detailed images
  • Lightweight, stretchable, & soft feel
  • Fabrics with these decals exhibit good wash characteristics

File Formats for Your Artwork

A vector format, when available is always preferred. If not, a raster can be provided but should be a minimum of 300 DPI at your requested size and saved on a transparent background. (for example .png)


Preferred file types: .PDF, .PNG, .TIF
Accepted file types: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .JPG, .PSD
